I grew up at the base of the North Cascades. At a young age my dad was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer's Disease and after a few hards years he past. When I grew older I began to learn more about my dad and discovered his love of the mountains and the outdoors. That curiosity fed my own passion and connection with the outdoors and most importantly my dad. This film is the expression of that relationship. Its about loss, its about abandonment, and most importantly its about the human spirit and its ability to heal.

I was raised in a hard working, self made, middle class Ohio family in the heart of farming country. During our summer breaks, we would drive across the country to stay at whatever state or national park en route to a relatives or church convention. We would be in the car for days and I would often day dream of the mountains and what lie on the other side.
During my schooling years, I was a 3 sport athlete with a passion to be a part of a team. I loved choir, theater, and racing my BMX bicycle. In college I played football and was a part of the theater program. I have degrees in Psychology and Sociology.
Since moving to Los Angeles in 2006, I have studied acting with Howard Fine, Jocelyn Jones and I am currently at Berg Studios. I have written and produced several short films, commercials and a documentary film. I have been fortunate enough to work as an actor in many commercials, feature films and on network television. Most recently I wrapped a role on Criminal Minds and a lead role in a feature film “The Axiom” releasing later this year.
